Done Group manufactured a modular Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) for a large multinational food brand under contract to general contractor Burns & McDonnell. The franchise is located in Eunice, LA. The design of the new restaurant was reviewed by Lochsa Engineering who divided the store into 4 modular units. We manufactured each modular section in our Knoxville, TN, factory, including full floor and wall finishes, MEP connections, plumbing fixtures, HVAC ducting, windows and doors. The complete QSR was built in compliance with current IBC fire codes. During construction of the modules in the factory, the general contractor completed the preparatory site work. The modules were then shipped to site, set in place by crane on the foundation, and MEP connections completed. Appliances were procured by Done Group and shipped with the modules to site for quick installation. The completed QSR has a footprint of 1800 square ft.
